Her life
Who she was.
Gracey Kayla Hope Adams was born on October 5, 2000, in Upland, California, and entered into eternal rest on January 3, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Gracey was a cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend who will forever be remembered for her radiant spirit and uplifting presence. She was truly a ray of sunshine - always smiling, quick to joke, and gifted with a rare ability to make everyone around her feel seen, valued, and important. Her joy was contagious, and her heart reflected the love of Christ in a way that was both gentle and powerful.
Her music
Music was her passion.
Music was one of Gracey’s greatest passions and one of the ways she most fully worshiped the Lord. She loved to sing, play the guitar, and lead worship, offering her voice as a beautiful testimony of praise and surrender. Through music, Gracey expressed her deep love for Jesus, and her worship drew others into His presence. Her faith journey was sacred and transformative, and she was a proud graduate of Mary’s Song Restoration Center - a place that played a significant role in her healing and spiritual growth.
Gracey was also a beloved member of Victory Church in Metairie, Louisiana, where her worship, testimony, and authentic walk with God touched countless lives. She lived her faith openly and sincerely, trusting the Lord in every season and pointing others toward hope, grace, and redemption.
Her family
Survived by those she loved.
Gracey is survived by her loving family: her father, Jason Adams, and his wife, Amy; her mother, Amy McClure, and her husband, Chip; her siblings, Levi Adams and his wife, Amanda; Greyson Adams and his fiancée, Jaycie; and Kathryn Adams. She is also survived by her beloved grandparents, Louie and Olivia Adams and Cynthia Setser, as well as her cherished nieces and nephews: Standson Ezekiel Adams, Lily Pearl Adams, Jesse Isaiah Adams, Bradley Nichole Vaughn, and Ryan Elouise Vaughn. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Gracey’s memory will live on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, light, and compassion. Her legacy of hope will also continue through Gracey’s Hope, a foundation being established by Chip and Amy in her honor, dedicated to bringing light to others as Gracey so beautifully did.
Gracey’s funeral service was held at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin, Tennessee, on January 9, 2026. It was a powerful service and the Gospel was shared with the hundreds of people who attended and thousands who watched online.
